William Moore, Director

Mr. Moore founded PCG, LLC to help organizations achieve success by making the best decisions possible, whether improving the efficiency of daily operations or making a strategic investment in a new line of business.   Mr. Moore combines decades of highly successful strategic planning and business decision support experience at senior levels in the U.S. Federal Government with a deep understanding of the human element that drives an organization’s success or failure.

Mr. Moore has designed strategic assessment and reviews, developed enterprise-level operating procedures, and created performance measurement systems for clients that have improved performance and outcomes.

Mr. Moore received a BA in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business along with a certificate in Systems Engineering from MIT.
